Refund Policy
We stand behind every enrollment. Here's exactly how refunds work — by tier, in plain language.
Tier 1 — Self-Paced Core
- 14-day no-questions-asked refund, provided you have not completed Module 3.
- Once Module 3 is marked complete, the course is considered "consumed" and is non-refundable.
- Split-pay: cancel anytime; your balance for modules already accessed remains due.
Tier 2 — Cohort Pro
- Full refund within 7 days of purchase and before the cohort kickoff session — no questions asked.
- After kickoff, refunds are pro-rated: we deduct the value of live sessions already delivered.
- Split-pay: you may stop future payments, but sessions attended are non-refundable.
Tier 3 — VIP Mentorship
- Full refund within 7 days and before your first 1:1 coaching call.
- After coaching begins, refunds cover only remaining unused coaching sessions, pro-rated.
- The 50% ROI guarantee applies on top: no IB interview within 6 months of completion = 50% back (see VIP terms).
All-Access Membership & B2B
- Memberships: cancel anytime — no refund for the current paid period, but access continues until it ends.
- B2B school packs: 30-day refund window before the first delivered webinar; after that, pro-rated by seats consumed.
- All refunds processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
To request a refund, email support referencing your Stripe session ID. Disputes are handled via Base44 support.
